  Power Brain Training Center has positively impacted very aspect of my life - emotional, physical, and spiritual. Upon entering the center you are warmly greeted by a gregarious staff that is invested in your personal goals ( everything from emotional regulation to weight-loss). It's not your conventional yoga class - in fact, it's so much more. The classes are a fun blend of stretching, core strengthening, tai-chi, deep breathing and meditation. After every class I have a feeling of deep relaxation and clarity. After being a member for roughly 8 months, classes continue to be well worth my time and investment. I sincerely encourage others to try PBTC - your body and spirit will be well-rewarded!

  PBTC (Power Brain Training Center) is not a gym, nor is it really a yoga studio or a classroom --- rather, it is a combination of all of the above. Power Brain training is exercise, stretching, relaxation techniques and brain exercises (like the age old, "tap your head and rub your belly at the same time"). There are no weights or bikes or bars to exercise with, and yet after a class you will feel as if you have worked out your entire body, as well as your mind. Muscles you may have forgotten will feel stretched, and even better, emotionally, you will feel calm! Stress just kind of slips away, as you learn to heal yourself, physically, emotionally, and mentally. If you are looking for a feel-good place to increase focus and self-awareness, aid in losing weight, relax, and feel like you are just generally doing something good for yourself, then this is a great place to try!
