  Terrible customer service. Every time I have shopped at this location on Grand Ave in St. Paul the employees are rude. I love Pottery Barn products but do not recommend this location.

  Beautiful displays but the staff remained behind the counter and just talked to each other. A "may I help you?" would have been nice. There was only one other customer in the store.

  Great customer service...both design and replacement of broken merchandise from online purchase. I was delighted to see the lights I ordered featured in a showroom display

  My wife and I were looking at a Dining Room Buffet & Hutch from Pottery Barn on line and wanted to see it before we purchased. We called the St Paul store on Grand Ave and reached Jackie, who didn't have the piece in stock but did have a sample of the wood & color we wanted , so off we went to the store. Wow, what a great experience! Jackie showed us the samples, answered our questions, gave us other customer feedback she'd received on the pieces we wanted. We purchased the furniture and got delivery info. Great, but then it gets even better. Upon returning home we discovered Pottery Barn had sent my wife a coupon following up on a different purchase and it would have worked on the furniture we bought, so I'm a panic I call Jackie, she tells me she'll see what she can do, no promises. The next day I get a call from Jackie and she tells me they can apply the coupon to our furniture purchase (saving us a lot of $) and would be issuing a credit to us. WOW ! Talk about customer service and why to buy in store versus on line. Thanks Jackie and Pottery Barn of St Paul on Grand Ave. You've got customers for life and we will tell everyone we know about our amazing experience. Now can't wait for our new furniture to arrive.
