  I know older people become more invisible over time. If you don't believe it go to Pottery Barn and you will feel invisible. No clerk can see you apparently. Finally after waving my arms frantically I was seen. .

  I went to the Knox st. store this evening. No one of the numerous employees even said hello. I went down the street to Crate and Barrel. Where 4 people greeted me. Even told me bout there sales. Plus they have better stuff.

  Returned an item purchased online to the store and was assured my return would be credited in the next few days. After over three weeks still nothing and now I have no proof I returned the item since customer service shows no record. Back to the store to hopefully resolve this issue and get my $600 back. Hopefully the staff isn’t as aloof as my first visit.

  I'm writing this review after sitting on hold for 30 minutes trying find a resolution for an order that had been continuously delayed for more than three months. Turns out the dresser I ordered in Sept. 2017 wont ship for another 4+ months, in May 2018. Meanwhile the Pottery Barn website still shows a 2-week delivery estimate for the same item. Needless to say I'm not a happy customer.
