  Its incredibly sad to say I had the worst experiance at this location. The return policy at Pottery Barn is, as I learned today, both counterproductive and incredibly frustrating for the customer. Even with a reciept of sale store would not allow for exchange because my mothers name was on the paperwork. Upon voicing my concerns to the manager her reply of "I dont care" was all I needed to solidfy my finding a new retailer. Manager I worked with was Deborah Samuels and I will be following up with custimer support and their Senior District Managment.
