  The whole experience of getting food from this potbelly is a very stressful and bad. I have placed an order via the Potbelly app and when I go to pick up, I had to wait for more than 20 mins after my assigned time. The staff (usually one person for phone /online orders) is still scrambling to get catering orders done. So I had to wait so long in pick up line and then when my turn comes, my order is not even ready. Then the guy at the register promises me it'll be ready in 2 mins. Then even after more than 10 mins my food is not ready. Eventually after asking multiple times, my sandwich comes which is dry and cold. This has happened more than few times.

  Potbelly sandwhiches are really good. They have good salads, desserts, and shakes too.

  I absolutely love Potbelly the people that work there are so friendly and the service was so quick on the food is so fresh the bread is something that I can’t even describe nice and crunchy on the outside and soft on the inside buttery I always order order tonight and it is the best the cookies are deliciously warm in Big I love it

  Staff is very friendly! I got a Skinny Hammie sandwich with a coffee shake. Mustard is a great deli mustard and complimented the sandwich well. The shakes are hand done and not out of a machine. They even have little cookies on the shake straws! I recommend walking to the back where you can see the Detroit River across to Canada. Prices are very reasonable for really good food.
