  Potbelly sandwich place is worth visiting and enjoying delicious sandwiches. We ordered steakhouse beef hot sandwich with chips & drink. Unfortunately the customer before us wrongly picked up ours. The lady who prepared the sandwich, quickly intervened to correct the order for the prior customer but also prioritized to make remake our sandwich. It was undoubtedly an awesome customer service act, we were truly appreciative and like it. Thanks to the lady and store manager or supervisor.

  These places are all very consistent. The sandwiches are always good. They have gone up in price considerably over the years though, which is disappointing. It used to be a healthier option to Subway, but cheaper, not so anymore.

  The place was cool the price was decent for feeding a family of 6. Service was 50/50. Half the staff was friendly and the other was ready to go home. The thing that got me upset was I ordered a BLTA( Bacon ,lettuce ,Tomatoes, and Avocado) and got no Lettuce or Tomatoes. When I went up to ask what happened I was told I need to say that I want that on the sandwich that clearly says it should have it.

  Well, I ordered my food, went down the line to pay, and got yelled at by the employees for doing so. Like literally yelled at as if I was a 6 year old. Then the food is meh, my table is broken, and I can't use the bathroom because it's blocked. So they don't have to clean. I'm here as we speak, that I'm writing the review because how angry I am.
