::I work in the same complex and decided to give potbelly a try. The first few times were great, however lately I've been quite disappointed. Our sandwiches are always missing the add-ons and they also don't add enough meat. I once ordered the blta and it had two tiny little strips of bacon...it's so convenient for us to stop by for lunch, but now I debate whether if it's even worth ordering from.

::I had no prior knowledge of this place but wish I did before ordering online. First, I didn't know all the sandwiches were hot...so I got a turkey avocado sandwich which comes with cucumbers. First time eating warm cucumbers ever...it was disgusting. This made me open the sandwich to look at the ingredients and there was no sauce at all. This place doesn't use mayo, mustard, or any other typical dressing so my sandwich was dry and I had to add my own mustard from my fridge. I paid $12 for this sandwich and had to add my own ingredients. Never again.

::I'd like to preface this with I've never eaten anything from there before. My husband went to pick up our sandwiches and he calls me and tells me they are out of the meat for mine (I believe they would be open for another 3 1/2 hours, so that gives the first red flag). I look at their site trying to figure out what else to get and choose tuna, figuring can't go wrong with tuna. I could not have been more wrong. What I got was a warm (why is tuna warm, at the very least it should be room temp, this was very warm) disgusting looking wet mess. I picked up one half to bite it and try it and thankfully had a plate under that sandwich as all that tasteless wet warm mush that they called a tuna sandwich fell apart all over that plate. I would've needed a spoon to eat it and a fork and knife for the wet bread. Oh yes, so very appetizing. I then tried adding salt. I don't understand why it was so wet when I only had tomato and lettuce on it with mayo on the bread. Did it get mushy and gross when it was warmed up (rhetorical). I then took a fork to taste the mush after I added salt to it and still it tasted so disgusting, I simply threw it in the garbage, will never eat there again and I hope someone learns from my mistake. I would have given them negative reviews if possible!!!! Just don't do it!!!

::I did not eat at this location, but could vouch for the Potbelly sandwich. I traveled to Phoenix for business and at lunch they catered these sandwiches. The company order a massive variety of them and they were cut in half for ease of picking different varieties. They all looked so good, it was hard to choose. I had the Italian and the roasted chicken. Delicious. Vegie looked great....they all did. The bread was still warm from toasting. The also had a lot of other sides. Wonderful, fresh salad, chips and massive fresh cookies. What I am getting to is that either dine in or take out or cater, this place was great.

::Young lady was nice but she as washing tables and touching the register, everything else, etc. then would make sandwiches. No removal of dirty gloves, washing hands, and putting on new gloves. Why even wear them? Didn’t want to go through constructive confrontation today and rolled the dice by eating here. Manager - please retrain employees on food safety and management plus the point of wearing gloves.
