  The UPS driver was supposed to deliver my a package to my home address coming Tuesday. But instead, the UPS driver tried to deliver it on Saturday pm when I wasn't home. The UPS driver did NOT even leave a notice for me to know about it. I happened to "discover" online when tracing my package to learn that my package was already "delivered". But where was it "delivered" to? Finally I "discovered" that it was delivered to this Postal Annex. How could this be called "delivered" when it should mean that the package was delivered to the "addressee". Did I ever ask this Annex to "receive" my package for me? NO! Delivering to this Annex should not be considered "delivered" unless this Annex will take possession of my stuff, righ? After calling Best Buy and UPS for "redelivery" and rescheduled for a redelivery on Tuesday, UPS driver didn't redeliver it to my front door as originally scheduled and later rescheduled that was extremely annoying. Since the UPS' driver's excuse for last Saturday delivery was that I wasn't home. So I stayed at home all day long on Tuesday but the UPS driver did NOT show up. It seemed like that the UPS driver purposely left my package at this Annex perhaps as a way to make this Annex known to the public to want to use this Annex's services or something. But to me, it has caused me tremendous inconvenience that wasted me a lot of time tracing it. It seemed to have changed the regular process of a UPS delivery service, perhaps not authorized, as the process appeared awkward and extremely inconvenient to customers. I have told Best Buy about UPS' inreesponsible act for not delivering or redelivering package to the addressee properly, no communication whatsoever, and just dropping off considered it as being "delivered" that doesn't relfect the truth. I contacted this Annex, and the person wasn't patient or tried to help out and just said that I had to contact UPS about the redelivery. If this Annex doesn't want to handle UPS' packages, then they shouldn't accept UPS packages. Because I couldn't get the help needed to get my package redelivered easily. This Annex appears to want people to know about their business, but doesn't really want to handle UPS' packages. Then, we customers are the ones suffer, wasting a lot of time, energy including gasoline to have to trace and drive over there to ppick up our packages that doesn't make any sense at all. We paid to have the packages delivered to our front doors, not to some place else where nobody wants to be responsible for our packages. There is a big flaw in this whole process of UPS leaving packages with this Annex.

  Great service. I use this location frequently because its closer and more convenient than the post office. All of the employees are friendly and eager to help. I've brought them many unusual questions and they've always helped me out.
