  I would give negative stars if I could. You'd think a nice new facility would be great, but NOPE. They've been using the excuse we just moved in for weeks now on why the self serve kiosk doesn't work, why the drive thru mailboxs are still locked, and general overall extremely poor customer service. I needed an $8.75 stamp, and had to buy 7 individual stamps because the counter lady couldn't just print out a stamp worth $8.75. And it took her 5 min to figure out how to do even that.

  Can only select certain package rates in-store, not available online for some arbitrary reason. Yet closes at a ridiculous 5pm on WEEKDAYS. Completely backwards logic. It’s no wonder FedEx and UPS are winning.
