::A very friendly Docent, who knows the history of Tucson and works as a volunteer at the History Foundation, showed me around and explained the various machines needed at the post office over the years, the transition of mail delivery from the time mules and horses were used until today's hi-tech application. I felt like a kid on a field trip. He also took a picture of me wearing the postmaster's hat.

::There are some valuable antiques on display there. The tour guide is friendly and kids take home free vintage stamps.
Jackie James
::Very informative. The tour guide was great at explaining and showing so much.

::Hidden gem that preserves and promotes postal service history, particularly to educate students and young people. Excellent program staffed mostly by volunteers.

::This place is delightful, but is not quite a museum. Volunteers work here to organize a huge stamp collection (donated) and send out cool stamp related lessons to schools for free. You can come here to have stamp relayed questions answered, purchase all kinds of stamps (foreign and domestic, or themed collections!), and get an individual tour of their stamps, lessons, and historic postal equipment. I loved it.
