::This was the worst place to stay at! If i could I would give 0 stars. I was told I could stay at this place for a cheaper rate by staying at a nearby hotel (touchstone). Once I arrived, they said that promo was no longer valid so they charged me 60 DOLLARS. I went back to speak to the hotel manager and he called the team to refund me my 25 DOLLARS. THEY SAID FINE BUT HE HAS TO LEAVE AT 12. Fine I made sure to leave at 12, but once I arrive, they run my card again and charge me an additional 35 dollars. I told them not too but they went ahead and did it. They said "ITS OKAY THE PREVIOUS TRANSACTION WILL NOT GO THROUGH". Now I have to be in contact with my bank and dispute the charge. THE WORST PART IS THAT THEY WONT PICK UP MY CALLS OR MY BANKS AS WE ARE TRYING TO GET THIS RESOLVED.. WORST EXPERIENCE, TERRIBLE SERVICE, DO NOT STAY HERE.

::First entrance is for monthly parking. Take the second entrance that goes down. The attendants where friendly and quickly complete the transactions.

::They drained our battery and tried to blame it on us. When they went to retrieve our car after two days, the battery was dead. They jumped it and pulled it up to the pickup area. The cabin light was set to the 'always on' position, and the light itself was hot. Since they drained our battery and shortened it's lifetime, I asked for at least a partial refund. They laughed at me. They assured me that they always check each car for that, but clearly they missed it on our car. Our battery was less than a year old and we never set the cabin light to always on. I pointed out the hot cabin light to them. This was clearly their fault, and they would not take responsibility for it.

::It's good. Secure, easy in, easy out. I suppose the employee was grumpy, but It was still only 10 bucks to park.

::Very polite staff. Good price. Highly recommended if you would like to save some money on parking compared to other places. Only $34 a day.
