  Got charges 28% tax on a bottle I bought which is WAY over what tax actually is. When I told her tax is not that high she politly stated "Hawaii is exspensive and where am I from". I lived here for a year and no tax is is not even close to what she stated, typically I get my alcohol from a different store but they did not have my selection. I would go here if you looking for a specialty, but be prepared to be slightly ripped off and told your wrong when you ask about it.

  They are so unprofessional and arrogant! The prices are so high and explanation was 'this is Hawaii'. I bought cigar and I did not have a cutter so I asked him to cut there and he rejected me and forced me to buy one. Unbelievable, I spent so much money there during the vacation . He recognize me but he did not wont to do me a favor! The worst customer service ever, never coming back period.

  Very difficult to shop due to bottles piled everywhere. You feel like you can't turn around or squeeze past another shopper

  This place is a true Gem for finding a rare variety of beers and liquors. They have everything!!!! Don't listen to the guy dissing them because they didn't cut his cheap ass cigar that he bought at some other place. That guy disses everyone. The two mamas and gentleman that run is are super sweet. Be akamai (street smart) and show any business Pono (respect). I love coming here for my hard to find Rumplemintz that is 100 proof and 50% alcohol.
