  So much great urban unique clothes furniture and toys for young ages. Got almost everything for my daughters room here. Super kind workers who are extremely helpful

  Meh. They falsely advertised having the product I️ went for, which as a parent sucks when you’re constantly negotiating for time, and when I️ got there they said they could “special order it.” I️ can “special order” it. From Amazon. At least they were nice 🤷🏻‍♂️

  We worked with Chelsea to buy a crib, car seat and stroller - she was so helpful and patient with us (first time parents), answered all of our questions and helped explain the products to us - clearly knowledgeable about all of them. We were debating between two Nuna car seats and they had a rep from the company in the store who answered even more questions. Car seats are kindof a nerve racking purchase, so it was incredibly helpful to walk away confident in all of the safety mechanisms, etc. They also price matched the crib with another vendor who had the same model at a different price. Love this store & will definitely be coming back.

  Great products but the service was surprisingly bad - especially bc so many other reviews are good. There were quite a few associates working but no one greeted me and one girl actually ignored me when I asked about a backpack I was interested in. She was too concerned with rearranging merchandise which I always think is rude during store hours anyway - at least if there are customers in the store. I asked another associate about sizing on jammies and she told me to look at the makers website. What?! You sell this stuff and if I'm paying $40 for jammies, please know your merch. I ended up purchasing something, and will probably go back to give it another chance but I get way better service at The Bull and the Bee in Sellwood. Was really disappointed.

  Product is beautiful, but delivery service was poor. I had to follow up multiple times to trace my delivery only to find it hadn't shipped. Upon delivery I was also informed that the pallet the product was delivered on is my responsibility to take care of. I tried to support a local business but was let down by a poor delivery experience.
