::Were seated by Eli, waited for 15 minutes without being served. Place wasn't that busy for Saturday at 7. Less than half full. Called the business from our table, Eli answered but couldn't understand where we were seated. Half a dozen wait staff sauntered by without as much as a hello. Eli seems like a nice kid but the wife and I left and went up the street.

::Just got up after placing order to leave. Place has went down hill from 12 years ago. Sat at booth, food dried and stuck on wall right beside us. Went to the bathroom, urine and boogers dried and stuck to wall. Was eating salsa, there was food stuck to bottom of bowl that was not salsa related. It was a slimey yellow color. Prices have skyrocketed as well and is way overpriced. I am so disappointed in this place as it used to be my favorite restaurant. I will never go to this location again. I’ve had rough experiences in the past but keep deciding to give it another shot. I will never give it another shot again.

::The restaurant wasn't busy so we were seated quickly. The food was good. However, several mistakes were made with the order causing a gap between the times of all of us eating at the same time. The checks came and had several errors on it. The wait staff was friendly and made the corrections necessary. Just felt without a crowd the other errors shouldn't have happened or at least not as many!

::Service was fine if not understaffed. It seemed like there were 2 managers one of which was running all over the place and a waitress on the main floor. The waitress was great, but she was bouncing between tables and seemed pretty busy. The food though is such a disappointment. I remember going there as a kid growing up and the food was pretty great. As a newer restaurant it had great ingredients and was always busy. Now the food is much lower quality than it ever was before. The fajitas left everything to be desired and the guacamole was very bitter. All in all it seems like a restaurant run by someone who is trying to cut corners. Understaffing and buying lower quality ingredients is not the way to widen your profit margin if you're struggling. It's a great way to make it so people don't come back.

::As many times as I have come to posados never have I had service this exquisite. The staff were extremely quick on their toes and checked on our table quite frequently. I have nothing demeaning to say about this establishment. I would definitely recommend this restaurant for any family meal. They make you feel like they actually care, not only about your satisfaction for the food but about your satisfaction for the overall tone of the restaurant.
