  Overrated. It smells like piss from hobos and weekend drinkers. Way more bums than any other large west coast city

  By Portland Downtown I think it means Old Town, right? I am much more a fan of the Pearl/Alphabet district, so I spend more time in those places. However, if you are near the border of the 3, there is a lot of places to go! A lot of bars, restaurants and strip clubs if you are in to them.
