  Going on my first international trip, I was greeted and helped by the Delta members. They were kind and provided me with the information I needed pertaining to my flight. The bag check process felt like it went rather quick. Maybe 15 minutes, when I arrived there was a full line. Moving to baggage was easy and swift, they were polite. The facilities are modern and there is a good selection of shops within the airport.

  The cell phone lot is an oasis away from the chaos that is the international airport. There's are grassy areas around the entire perimeter. Very convenient for a dog to get a break from a vehicle. The sign says 30 minutes maximum wait, but I've waited nearly an hour on prior pick ups. It seems like it's rarely abused, therefore low on the MassPort list of enforcement priorities. It is quick to the terminals, but one must keep their eyes open for signage, or it's another entire loop around, or 6-7 lost minutes, depending on time of day. Logan is legendary. I never dread coming here.

  Boston Airport is one of the best airports in East Coast. Staff are very friendly and helpful. Lot of restaurants. I tried burger King. Lounge is really nice. If you come by your own vehicle you should be bit aware of your airlines so that it will be easy for you to reach entrance easily. I have taken international flights from here, it was nice Nice experience for me. Once you come out of the airport you can easily catch rental cars. Even public transportation is also available.
