  I ordered flowers online using Tele flora. They use an affiliated local florist. I was guaranteed delivery and paid extra to have them delivered by 1pm for my mother from my kids for Valentines Day. Not only did my mother not get her flowers, the florist called me and was very rude. Her exact words “well I don’t know what you want me to do about it, do you want them delivered tomorrow?” Some customer service. And no why would I want them delivered the next day, is the 15th Valentines Day. Thanks for nothing, and ruining my gift for my mom. NEVER USE THEM
