::I am totally disappointed in regards to Porco Energy Corp...My family was denied a delivery in the freezing temperatures we have been experiencing not because of fuel shortage but because we didn't pass a credit check to become a customer when it was going to be a cash on delivery situation I said it was an emergency I'm almost out of fuel a nd then said no anyway even though I was paying cash HOW CRUL IS THIS !!! thanks a lot Porco...I found another company and had to wait 1 day NO CREDIT CHECK NEEDED...YOU SHOULD CONSIDER ALL OF US NEED TO STAY WARM AND YOU SHOULDN'T DENY ANY PERSON WHO IS PAYING CASH!!!!

::I have been a customer of Porco for six years. While this particular survey was sent to me regarding my most recent service by Rich K, all my interaction with Porco has been positive. They are my propane provider and also installed a generator for me. They also are my furnace service provider. Every contact, be it service techs, office personnel or estimators have been positive. I would definitely recommend Porco for whatever service need you might require.

::This company is very unreliable. SO when I bought my house, I kept Porco because that's who the builder used. Even though I had excellent credit and an American Express card on file in their office, I could not be signed up for automatic fillups. When I called the office to complain, because who wants to go out in the freezing snow to check the tank levels, no one could give me an answer as to why I was not on the automatic fill program. So now that I found a great company in SOS Extreme, who also buried my tank at no cost to me, I have requested several times for Porco to come and pick up their tanks which they never come when promised.
