  This place is a joke. I've been waiting for 20 min to speak to someone and no one has approached me. This place is super empty no other customers but me waiting to speak to someone. I just walked out and went to a different bank. These people don't deserve my business.

  There is a reason why this place is deserted most of the time. Their hours and online support are lacking. And they made me wait for three weeks to clear a check while the other bank said that Popular bank had been paid the next day after deposit. One thing I will say positively is that their statements don't have unnecessary extra pages which is good if you are using their statements for qualifying for a mortgage.
