  They have an employee there that should be running the place, knows more then everyone in the joint, and for some strange reason, she is NOT. Wish i could give 0 stars.

  En atención al cliente es muy malo y las personas son muy groseras fui a depositar pero no tenía mi numero de cuenta pero si tenía me I'd y mi Targeta de banco estuve en la fila como 30 minutos para que me dijeran que tengo que esperar a que atiendan a las demás personas que estaban atrás de mi y después a mi pero me hizo Ingusto porque yo ya estaba en la fila y era mi turno

  They are suppose to open 9am. The wworker's are inside but they don't unlock the doors until 9:10 -9:20. People have to go to work ,make deposits, why are you opening so late . Mind you this is not like once a week or or once every two weeks,they open up late every single day .this is no good this is not how you run a business

  Since the first time I walked into this bank, it has been the best bank I have seen in New York. At Christmas they had the neighborhood kids in to sing Posada. They have toy drives for survivors of domestic violence. The bank manager is kind to my little boy. We had banked at Chase prior, and this Banco Popular is such an improvement.

  I hate coming here it always takes them so long for everything their only one teller but there 8 worker talking AL the time that all there good for I'm closing my account this is a waste of time
