  I was able to get someone just now on the phone right away who helped resolve an issue I had with an old account and was very pleasant.

  Customer service is pathetic. This is the worst bank ever. Available staff making you wait for no reason. They made me wait even when three staff members were available. They take forever to get anything done. Don't recommend it to anyone!!

  This bank is the worst for customer service. I have never waited so long to give my money to a bank! and try to reach them on the phone impossible.
