  Long wait and dont even have restrooms they spend more tume talking between them then helping the customer

  I would have to admit today was the worst banking experience I have ever had. Thanks to El Banco Popular. Over a hour on line to make a deposit, not to mention the lack customer service. Only two tellers available and over thirty customers on line. Where was the branch manager? Did I mention that 90% of the customers on line were senior citizens. Where was the line for them?? I wonder if the same kind of customer service displayed at this branch, would had been display if this branch had been on 50th Street and 5th Avenue NYC. I doubt it... A total disgrace!!

  Good bank. They help small businesses. Lines at branch are usually reasonable.
