::I love this bank. And the branch on Delancey st has the most helpful staff. And I was able to open my account with my SS card and my EBT card. Wich was wonderful for me as I was starting over from scratch and at that time I needed a safe place to keep my money. I hope to stay with Banco Popular forever.

::Don't waste your time with sorry excuse for a bank. The worst experience I've had at a bank and mind you I wanted to open an account with them. Frencis is the worst
