  Never got food. I am handicap but wanted some chicken. We parked and went in to eat but after standing for a while we were told counter was for delivery only. They need to post a sign when it is drive through only.

  Never enough staff. Closed dining room and a drive through that takes 30minutes to get 3 cars through. How about paying for some good staff. That is the 3rd time I have left without getting my food because the wait was so long

  Can someone please explain why the Apple pie taste and smell like chicken.....Ummmm no I want my pie to taste the way it's suppose to not like chicken 🙄😶 , also the taste of cinnamon is almost no where to be found in the pies. But , overall I did enjoy the texture of the Apple pie and I can't say that I will not buy it again - just from another location to see if there's a difference in the taste and smell.

  1. Ordered 5 PC, was asked if wanted spicy which I said yes. When got to window and was asked if okay 3 spicy and 2 regular. Not what ordered. 2. Ordered Chicken Sandwich with no mayo. It looked noting like picture and saturated top and bottom bun with extra mayo. 3. Paid extra for Mac and Cheese. It was such a small amount that didn't even cover bottom of serving container. 4. Ordered Diet Coke and Reg Coke. I looked at lid and young lady said she marked the drinks. Yes she did, but wrong. Very disappointed, will continue with Chick-fil-a for Chicken Sandwich and Mac and Cheese.

  For having chicken that's already ready this is the slowest and rudest restaurant in Bartlett. Your lucky if you get your food in 20 or 30 min. What's worse they have the inside open and tell you to use the drive thru. When all they have to do is put some chicken in a box. Not professional at all. Why even have a dining area
