  EVERY SINGLE TIME I COME TO THIS POPEYES THEY LITERALLY MAKE US WAIT BEFORE THE WINDOW!!! THEY ALWAYS HAVE SOMEONE FROM THE WINDOW SIGNALING YOU TO STOP BEFORE YOUR CAR COULD BE READ!!! I used to work as a fast food employee so I KNOW WHY !!!! But our store had INTEGRITY and RESPECT FOR COSTUMERS TIME. But I’ve NEVER SEEN THE WORKERS HARASS everyone to stop before the window like this store has !!!i have NEVER ACTUALLY CAME ACROSS A STORE THAT WAS SO AGGRESSIVE AND RUDE!!! I’ve expressed this to my PLENTY friends and they have ALL agreed!!!! So that’s a lot of CUSTOMERS LOST.!!!! And I’m highly disappointed at your employees today because they even THREATEN TO CALL THE COPS JUST BECAUSE I WOULD NOT STOP BEFORE THE DRIVE THROUGH KNOWING ITS A HIGH POPULATED AREA . Just because THEY cant do their jobs. NEVER going back to this location and I am DEFINITELY TELLING ALL MY FRIENDS AND FAMILY NOT TO VISIT THIS LOCATION.

  I ordered a 2 piece meal & my chicken legs were so tiny, my mashed potatoes were cold, my biscuit was hard & they didn't give me any utensils. But my fruit punch was good & cold

  Worst Popeyes I've ever been I had the worst experience ordering they didn't even ask if we wanted drinks. The chicken was gooy and not crunchy mac and cheese was burnt only thing good was Mt mashed potato

  The customer service is horrible, cashier literally yelling to a older woman who wasn’t able to understand her. When there was plenty of Spanish speaking to be able to help the paying customer, I had to stepped in to help the cashier tried to do the same to me and of course I put a stop to her, I’ve have a degree in marketing plus more than 20 years of experience in customer service and no guest can be treated with such disrespect. Manager didn’t do anything that day neither did the company when I address this issue.

  I love Popeyes, and I believe is the best chicken, but at this location I came in to order a two piece waited for my food like normal, but as I sat down, everyone behind the counter started arguing, especially the young employees there. They all started screaming at each other in front of customers And even one customer that came in to order he was just waiting there to order until they finish the little argument back there. Looking at all the reviews seems like this issue has been going on for quite some time now. But don’t get me wrong. I love Popeyes but employees here need to be trained to do better customer service, and also management needs to be trained more on situations like this because they were just doing nothing about it.
