  Service is super slow, they NEVER give BBQ always mess up and give the sweet and hot sauce (like no-one they hire can ever read...?) had to repeat our order 3 times only ordered 1 combo meal... I swear it's like the only hire middle school drop outs..

  Too many items not available. No slaw No mac and cheese. Even some chicken. What i was able to get was great Popcorn shrimp and chicken tenders combo yummy. Red beansand rice Portion small.

  Moldy Absolutely disgusting. This was in my combo. Absolutely no care at all for food safety or care for customers. Whoever was working the kitchen in the evening Wednesday Oct 19 thought it was ok to put this in someone’s meal.

  I usually get wonderful service and great food. This day I think the manager on duty wasn't himself he was not happy but tried to be cordial. He gave me hot chicken instead of mild, the red beans and rice was half full, the tea was old and he got sarcastic about it and he was sarcastic to the person in front of me and the customer apologized to him like he did something wrong. I gave them four stars because it is not always like that!!!!

  The establishment drive thru is already too slow for them to be making errors on your order. You don't even bother checking if it's correct until after you have made it home from the long wait. They left my side of red beans and rice off my order. The popcorn shrimp literally look like crumbs and the regular size mac and cheese was ridiculously small basically nothing but lump of cheese.
