  Good barre based total body toning workout. Not particularly cardio heavy / high calorie burning, but good for toning. Very flexible and friendly customer service. Definitely recommend signing up for their emails because they regularly offer significant discounts off the sticker price for classes.

  I absolutely love these classes. Full body workout! Highly recommended-the instructors are incredible. Mia was very helpful in leading the classes and getting me familiar with the facility. I would come back just for the instructor. Great management !

  I really like attending Ashley's class. Their class schedule fits well with late night working. Many studios don't have classes after 8! Only if I lived closer, I would definitely attend more of their classes.

  I absolutely love this work-out. There are consistencies with each instructor, but they also vary the workouts so that you always sweat (in my case, up a storm!) and each workout makes a difference. The staff is also friendly and the studio is very nice, especially the larger room. I also love that they run such great specials for purchasing classes. Would be nice if they could add some evening classes on Sundays. Nonetheless, I am hooked on Pop!
