  Really outstanding experience with Nick and he was very informative and helpful when I formed and registered my business earlier this year.   This guy is a liar and a fraud. He was hired by three separate members of my family for three separate jobs and he literally JUST STOPPED WORKING. He refused phone calls, never returned phone calls, got no progress done. I can't explain why he just stopped working or talking to us but he did. Trust me do not waste your time with this loser!
