  Worse customer service. The manager is only looking at her computer and dont help customers that are waiting. Tellers using unacceptable language for a work enviroment. While waiting, I overheard complain of short of staff. I was there 15 minutes waiting and no one was able to help to open an account. The worse part of my waiting was that one of their customer arrived and he was able to sit with the manager. I felt discriminated. Meanwhile, I spend 15 min of my time. The worse service ever. The only thing I did enjoyed was the coffee. That is the reason why I am giving two starts, For the coffee.

  Great customer service every single staff member I've encountered were friendly and bilingual was a plus

  Great bank and great customer service. The staff is always kind and helpful.
