  I am not usually one to write reviews, but this pharmacy honestly blew me away, and people really need to know how amazing this place is! Pollock & Bailey is the epitome of extraordinary customer care. They are incredible people who genuinely care about their customers and their well-being. I had an issue having one of my prescriptions refilled (when a pharmacy app- "Capsule" failed to fill one of my prescriptions- without notify me of the issue, and that they could not fill it until 6pm). The staff at Pollock and Bailey helped me to remain calm, were extremely sweet, and personally reached out to my doctor via, not only phone, but email as well to expedite solutions/ problem solving, get the prescription that I needed, and save me time, stress and hassle. They continued to kindly follow up and keep me updated every step along the way until the problem was resolved (and they even deliver prescriptions right to your apartment- which is incredible). They even called to check up on me afterward to make sure that everything was going well. Truly incredible human beings... with a customer service that I have not seen anywhere else in the city! Their head pharmacist Gerrard is an extraordinary human being, their staff is friendly and helpful, and if you are looking for a pharmacy who truly cares about YOU and your needs, look no further!... This is your place! This pharmacy won a lifelong customer out of me (and hopefully they will win one out of you as well). Words can't express how happy I am to have stumbled upon this little gem. I would never use any other pharmacy again.
