  Waaay better taste than pollo loco, la chuya & other competitors, however side orders most of the time are wrong & the service is slow

  This place is like pollo Lucas in rocky point BUT BETTER! I can’t find any other place that has this kind of chicken grilled over a mesquite firewood. The macaroni and beans are a must put on your tacos. Salsa bar is high-quality with legit tasty guacamole sauce. And I think they have cactus salsa as well. A half chicken meal will feed two people but it won’t get you stuffed.

  This place was so good. I love the options and each thing was great and the staff was very friendly. The price is definitely right too! You can get so much food for such a great price! I will definitely be back here very soon

  Nice people. Good Chicken. Biggest breast and wing two piece I have had. Mesquite grilled flavor, sides of salsa are tasty. Will return.

  Amazing food! Carne Asada you can never go wrong, but when they make them into tacos they are amazing. Pricing is great! If you have been to Backyard Tacos in Gilbert it is pricey for what you get. However, here at Pollo Picante you get a little more than what you actually paid. Plus you still get great tasting food at Pollo Picante. I would eat here everyday if I could and it wasn't a drive. However, when I am craving tacos, I will make the drive out to buy from them. Plus the owner makes you feel welcomed and is social as well as the staff.
