  I decided to go with this company because they provided us with a quote that was far lower than the rest of the companies we contacted for estimate. Craig's positive attitude, his willingness to respond to the silliest of questions was what made this business transaction unique. By the end of the repair service I felt that we were friends. He left the basement impeccably clean, and assured us that for the next ten years we are absolutely covered. I recommend him to all.
