  After a move to Fort Worth I am fortunate to have found a new dental office, and a very good one at that, so quickly. Very welcoming and professional staff! Debra is an outstanding hygienist! I was very pleased with my first visit with Dr. Cook, and would highly recommend Polished Family Dentistry to anyone. Plus I got a great goodie bag! 😉

  It has been way too long since I have been to the dentist. I was afraid of judgment or even getting a scolding. I was pleasantly surprised to be treated very welcoming and Deborah explained everything she was doing before she did it. Even cleaned my teeth and checked to make sure I was doing OK with my tender gums. I will be going back. Thanks for taking care of my teeth. :)

  I'll give them 3.5 stars. This was my first visit for a cleaning. I arrived on time and was brought back less than 5 minutes. The doctor greeted me and introduced himself. He was pleasant and professional. The office decorum was modest and inviting. The office was clean. The front desk staff greeted me with a genuine smile on both occasions that I visited. They were helpful and genuine concern about meeting the needs of the customer. Cleaning was done efficiently and effectively. Even with the sensitivity of my teeth it was handled exceptionally.

  I had my first appointment today and the staff at this office is the best. I am so impressed by how they made me feel like they cared. I was so nervous becuase I am changing from a Dental Chain that I have been going to for a few years that has always made me feel like I was bothering them when I had appointments. I had no idea what I was missing out on in the terms of customer service. Fully recommend them to anybody.
