::There’s a reason the buzz about Pok Pok won’t die. Slightly small portions but the flavors pack a complex punch that makes up for it. A fishy smell wafted through the main (small and packed) dining room, and we discovered the source was their infamous Ike’s Vietnamese Fish Sauce Wings. They were savory and nuanced in flavor, thankfully not at all overwhelmed by the fish sauce. Great noodles and cocktails as well.

::Best food we ate in Portland all trip. Make sure to get the chicken wings (as most reviews will tell you) and you can’t go wrong with anything else. Be ready for an hour plus wait but nearby bars in the area make it easy to wait and grab a drink.

::We had dinner on a weekday, around 1900. There was only a 15 min wait - you can either wait for your name to be called or they can text you when your table is ready. This place can get pretty busy - 5 min after we put our name in, there was a line of 10 people doing the same thing. Small restaurant but the food was so good! If you like spicy, this is the place. There are some items that are not spicy, make sure to confirm with the server. Dishes are meant to be shared. Must try the wings (spicy or mild) & the papaya salad (super spicy). Definitely adding this to my must eat in Portland list!

::Great little spot for authentic Thai. I had their Duck Leg stew with Jasmine rice per their recommendation, and it was a fantastic and filling dish. Several of their dishes are designed to be done group/family style as well if you enjoy or are partaking in that experience. Good vegetarian options as well. The service was great. A must hit spot for Thai.

::Mejor comida Thai en Portland, de los mejores 10 restaurantes de la ciudad. Su aspecto Ãntimo hace la experiencia aún mejor.
