::Neighbors use grills on patios, 2 buildings have burned down while I lived here. Rent was raised $300 within the 60 days notice we would have to give that we are not renewing our lease, management then said we didn't give enough notice of leaving and tried to make us pay another months rent. We had to lawyer up for them to honor their own lease. Only after that did they honor the lease. Avoid at all costs.

::My partner and loved living here! The location is great, with quick and easy access to Ellington. There's a seasonal salt water pool that was well maintained while we lived here. The playground could use some updating but there were other kids to play with so my 8 year old was happy. The management team is so great! We always had great experiences when we were dealing with them. They made several improvements to the property while we lived there, including painting the exterior of the buildings, new washers and dryers, new laundry carts, and beautiful landscaping. I definitely would recommend living here.

::I've been at Point Breeze for almost 2 yrs. My stay here has been fantastic! The maintenance team & front desk are always super friendly and helpful. They kind of feel like family. If there's a problem with anything in the apartment, they will arrive in no time to fix it--even if it is cosmetic fix! (like a vanity light bulb) Great communication with the residents, via email, phone and text. The apartments are clean, closets are spacious, and the view is great! Great location, great people. Definitely recommend Point Breeze!

::I don't see why there are bad reviews of this place. Justin and the rest of MGMT have always been friendly, competent, and extremely quick to fix any issues (rarely are any)! For the price point and access to Ellington, this is a great value apartment. Quiet neighborhood.
