  I wouldn’t recommend for my worst enemy to go here. They’re unprofessional and do not know what they’re doing im disgusted.

  My Childrens comes here since they were born, for 9 years, i love her pediatrician Wendy Zapata, when need it I do Walk-ins they always see my children's never had an issue making an appointment!! This is for the Pediatrics area.

  If I gave this place a 0 it wouldn't be fair to the very kind nurse who helped me and made sure I was comfortable during my x-rays. Where do I even begin? They never pick up the phone. I'm sure I have the correct phone number because the only way I was even able to make an appointment was by having my sister call - she was lucky because no matter the day or time of day I never get a call back or a response from this place. I'm not too high maintenance so the environment and the maze that comes with actually getting to the dental clinic isn't what turned me off. What has gotten this dental office such a low rating is the absolute exploitation (that's what it feels like) of my health care benefits and time. I went in with a serious pain in my tooth and was offered 2 options which still have me puzzled (did I hear correctly?????) I was told before having anything done to me that I could choose to 1) have x-rays done (I mean, isn't this basic? Especially for 1st time clients?), or 2) have my aching tooth looked at "closely" (lol..) I told them, "well in order for you to even take care of my tooth, wouldn't you need an x-ray to begin with?.. how about we start there." My appointment was at 10am, I was on time. I wasn't called in till 11:30am. My x-rays were done. Once that was over the doctor checked every tooth to confirm the damages and next thing I know I'm being dismissed and told to schedule another appointment for cleaning. HUH?! I'm aware that I'm to blame for my cavities, but out of all my years and the different dental offices never have I been done x-rays to then be dismissed. After 2 hours all these professionals were able to do for me was x-rays? Not even a cleaning? Ridiculous. I didn't even bother making a follow up appointment because I wouldn't go back - ever. Sorry, I was beyond disappointed. I want to add, I was recommended this place because it gives dental students a chance to practice. This is something I honestly wasn't worried about. What worries me is that these students may not be in it for the long haul and slack on their patients' health as a result. I'm all the way good on that part - good luck finding people that won't hold your lack of experience against you guys.

  This review is about the Dental clinic. The reason that I am giving them 1 star is because of the following reasons: 1. My sister has been calling for the past week and no one has the urgency and decency to at least pick up the phone. Keep in mind that after my sister not getting through I decided to still give them the benefit of the doubt and called for her. Finally got through after waiting for 10 mins or so and scheduled an appt for her 2 months from now. 2. The very next day I called to schedule an appt for my girlfriend and was on hold for over 26 mins. I found it bizarre and used my girlfriend's phone to call, while I was on hold on my phone. AND GUESS WHAT???? They were close!!!!! Seriously, I can't even be upset at them because this is the kind of service that they have been providing all along and I decided to ignore the signs.

  My daughter had a behavioral health evaluation and on arrival I was told by the front desk that the appointment was cancelled because the specialist was on vacation. So I asked to be rescheduled and was told I could be rescheduled for 3 to 4 months. I explained that I already waited 4 months for an appointment and I didn't get a call beforehand to inform me that my daughter wouldn't be seen and I asked to speak to a supervisor. The woman walked away and after a moment or 2 security came up to me and asked me to leave. Supervisor never came out to speak with me. Security didn't care for anything I had to stay. I was not loud, did not curse, nor was I acting irrational or crazy. Need less to say I'm never going back.
