From start to finish everything from delivery to pickup went as smoothly as promised and it is quite interesting to see how these huge boxes are so skillfully manipulated. My only disappointment was the older unit that sat in my driveway compared to others seen throughout the neighborhood so after each rainfall I made sure nothing was wet or the unit did not smell musky. All in all, a very positive outcome and I would use PODS again.
