  Thanks for another great year. Our customer's have been satisfied with your on time delivery and pickup's. We added the Ft Worth area in 2016 and it has been a blessing. And our customer's love that we can provide paper pad's to protect their furniture for only 1.75. Whether we load, or unload it. We our here.   PODS did a superb job for me. Their price was reasonable and the service was outstanding. I had to make a couple of changes on my dates and it was handled professionaly and quickly. The containers were clean and in excellent shape. The drivers communicated in good time and were very friendly and helpful. My experience was great with them and I would not hesitate to use them again.

  In 2005, my wife and I signed up for a POD, filled it with household goods, and had it stored in the POD facility in Oklahoma City. We expected it to be there for a year or so, but no more than three, while we were in Australia working. More than a decade later, we arranged to have it moved to a BnB house in Fort Worth so that we could sort through its contents and sell or give away all that we did not want by then. The rest we had shipped to our new home in Australia. Our main contact with the PODs company was through its telephone staff. They were uniformly helpful, friendly, and reliable. That was true even when I called in a state of worry and anger because of a failure to complete a delivery on a Saturday morning (just before quitting-time for the delivery personnel). We had a 10-day window of opportunity to do what we needed to do, and this delayed our start to the following Tuesday, which was not good. However, the young man who delivered our POD on that day was skilled, courteous, and persistent, qualities which allowed him to accomplish a difficult task complicated by wet weather. I remain grateful to him for not giving up under trying circumstances. Well done! Overall, our experience with this company was quite good. Expensive, as it turned out, but good. We are grateful.

  Never having used PODS before, I found the experience to be excellent. Everything went very smoothly. Our move was from the San Diego area to the Dallas area. Not only was the expense much less than a typical moving company but all timeframes were met exactly, and nothing was damaged in the move. I am very pleased with the PODS service and have highly recommended them to friends and family. PODS - Thank you again for an exceptional experience.
