  pods would definitely have gotten an excellent from me. it does as far as delivery, timeliness, professionalism and courtesy. but, the size of the pod was very disappointing. it almost forces you to rent another full size container at almost the same cost. what is that? i had to rent a moving company to move my contents, and if i had done the moving company from the beginning i would have saved quite a bit of money. i must say though, the pod is very convenient for the client. its what the client says, where you say and how you say. no rushing, all on your schedule, and the pod allows after delivery, which is extremely important, time for you to empty the contents at your own pace. so, bottom line depending on what is being transported there are pros and cons to both. if you are moving your stuff and it will fit in a 16' container then go pod. anything more than that you have to weigh out the expense of additional pods or a moving company.
