  They have been around for a long time. A lot of varieties of Chinese food and snacks. There are a lot of store helpers helping you to find the things you want and explain to you how to cook them.

  A neighborhood and family favorite. My family always comes here to buy ginseng or any other dried Chinese goods, which are high quality. If you get to know the owner and the workers, you can haggle and get a good discount! Don't except to be treated like a king here! They are always busy and will just treat you like a commoner and shoo you off the line once you're done paying. Also be prepared for some pushing and shoving with the constant bustle of people!

  This has been my family's go-to place for Chinese dried seafood and groceries for years. However, I wished that the upper management could have placed the appropriate staff to a suitable position for a more pleasant customer service, because my last purchasing experience here was, quite horrifying. Mom bought a Zojirushi water boiler from here (approx. $170), we tried it out and I thought it was too big so I brought it back to the storefront the next day, hoping to exchange for a smaller size or return. The item was in perfect condition and I had a receipt with me, even more ironic, I explicitly told the customer service that I was willing to take store credit instead of the original payment method. Not only were we not able to exchange/return the item, the staff Mah Goh, who was in charge of inspecting the condition of the item, yelled in my face (not just speaking loud, but really YELLED), saying that there was no return because we have used it and he would not be able to return to the manufacturer. So of course I had to leave discouragingly, only had to tell myself that this would be my last time visiting here. But in conclusion, it is not to blame Mah Goh's abusive use of storefront power, but the upper management's fault to even place him there for customer service, and the unclear store policy--no one really knew if the water boiler was exchangeable or returnable, and the decision had to be made by Mah Goh on the spot. If you are buying a snack or two here it's fine, but if you are buying more expensive items that are sold elsewhere. try to avoid.

  Very good place for grocery, I go there every month. This is also the place to go if you want authentic Chinese medicine
