  My partner and I stopped in without an appointment to finally set up a joint bank account a year after getting married. Ted Vogel immediately greeted us after Dani Pease welcomed us in. Both employees were incredibly helpful, professional, and personable. Our entire experience was informative, efficient, and enjoyable. I will always recommend this branch to everyone wanting to set up a bank account with PNC. 10/10!!

  I say this hoping it will save other people the embarrassment and headache. This branch is racist. They would not let me cash a check even though I’m an account holder. I chalked it up to incompetence. Yesterday I came in to get a document notarized only to be denied because the document was “too legal”. The doc in question was a insurance release. — went to the branch on Ralston and they handled it in 5 minutes no issue. I had a white friend go in and cash a check, he had no issues. And he doesn’t even have an acct.

  I called asking about Saturday hours.Ted a representative said to come on in, they close at 2pm. I went in on a Saturday right before closing and Ted was very hospitable. It's great relations like this that earn loyalty. Thank you Ted!
