Customer service is worse as hung up twice then finally someone partially was able to help but outsourced call center in Columbia makes it hard. Thanks Brian for trying…. Bank needs major changes! ::The reviews of this location are aweful. But I can say that Ariana Stockdale is going to change that. She is a very sweet and hard worker. Always smiling and making me want to go back to this location. I haven't always had good experiences with this BBVA, but she is definitely a beatiful light in a dreadful sea.

::Kind people on the phone but raced to get there before they closed because do not live near this branch, one by me not allowing checks cashed in drive thru so I get there 6 minutes before 5 and they already closed all lanes of drive thru closed unbelievable. So branches have different policies and close early what a mess. Compass has always been my favorite bank and I have banked with all major banks.

::What a disgusting experience. I have been cashing my Chase payroll checks here for over a month but today they said they have never been able to to it. So who's cashed them. Do not go here! No wonder they only have 2 stars. The people up here have no clue about customer service. Find another Bank and do it quick.

::The slowest customer service anywhere. I waited 10 minutes after sending my stuff in the drive thru just to be acknowledged! Now, it's been another 8 minutes and they haven't said one word to me since. Seriously? 18 minutes AT THE FRONT OF THE LINE and still nothing? As the owner of a service-based business, it is my opinion that everyone needs to be fired and start fresh. This staff is awful. Edit: it ended up being 24 minutes from the time I got to the front of the line until they finally sent my stuff out to me. Meanwhile, 3 other cars came and went.
