::There was a system lag and it froze while my husband tried to open his account. 20 minutes later and nothing accomplished we left. I don't understand why system was lagging to sign up for an account. It was an awful experience

::Rude and ignorant "customer service reps" I tried getting my acct. # and "the manager" wouldn't give it to me for what reason I don't know. Didn't try to verify anything with me just transferred me over to a call center because they were closing. If they are this rude over the phone I can only imagine how rude they are in person!

::We were with National city and these morons bought them out. Well since the buy out we STILL can't access our accounts and have to spend a minimum of two hours a day talking to customer support. This has been going on for weeks and they had the nerve to offer me some free points for my trouble (worth about $10). PNC is the worst bank in Pittsburgh and you will NEVER talk to the same person twice - that's if you can get past their INSANE telephone system dialing numbers trying to get ahold of a living person!!!
