  PNC on Ogden has much better service and never had an issue with their atm. Never been a fan of this location. Recently, I’ve gone to the drive up atm on 2 different occasions and my transactions don’t process. I get a receipt that says “Incomplete transaction” which makes no sense when I have enough funds in my account. The first time I called and it took a while before someone picked up and when they finally did, I informed the person of the situation and she had an attitude. The 2nd time I didn’t even bother and just went to a different PNC.

  Abysmal customer service. Tried calling the branch eight times on 1/4/2022 and was put on hold all eight times without talking to a representative from the bank.

  WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER! Very unprofessional!! I would never recommend to anyone! Waited 40 mins for them to tell me I couldn’t pay my payment !! They don’t even deserve a star!! Take your time and service to another PNC LOCATION!

  I made an appointment to open a business account 2 days before and was told only the manager could open business accounts. I asked for the manager to call me the morning of the meeting day so I could be sure my documentation was correct and I was not missing anything. When I arrived the manager was still out of state. No other banker could even speak to me and no one called me to cancel the appointment. All they could do was try to get someone from another branch which would have taken more time than I had. Every person who spoke to me had a faultless mindset and presumption that this would not preclude me from banking with them.
