::Extremely helpful and friendly employees. I don't know whether this branch has hired new people, or whether the previous negative reviews were meant for a different branch, since my experience was VERY different from those described in the negative reviews. Pierre, Michael, and Solomon were above and beyond in helping me, and I would definitely recommend them. We discussed my personal finances, they gave me recommendations and they didn't try to sell me products I don't need.

::I've been a happy PNC customer for the past 10 years since I opened my account at the now closed PNC DEPAUL LOOP CAMPUS branch when I was in college. The Depaul partnership ended which resulted in my PNC branch being closed and my account was moved to the PNC Monroe & Dearborn branch. Since that move, the PNC Monroe & Dearborn branch has been making and sending all sorts of unsolicited calls and emails trying to up-sell me on loan, mortgage and other financial services. Each and every time they made these calls or emails I asked the Financial Consultant to put me on a do not contact list unless there are emergencies. Unfortunately this has been happening for the past year and they are still blowing up my phone and inbox. During the last call, the bank General Manager even had the nerve to tell me that my last complaint resulted in me being opted out of calls but not emails from his financial consultants. Am proceeding to close my account at the branch due to the lack of concern or empathy. I would suggest you take your business somewhere else since they clearly do not value your time and relationship. If there is anyone from corporate reading this feel free to investigate the matter since the branch manager Marsen L*** did not care about my repeat complaints.

::Went to branch for a basic transaction. Teller / Rep said something about our accounts being 'performance', and that she is going to fix something. After that, the mess started. We start seeing $25 fees in a couple of our accounts, while we have $150K balance in the savings. It took me multiple visits to the bank to fix this. Fees kept coming back. I had to literally ask them each time to return each fee. What a kluster.

::This PNC location hardly has any tellers at the counter no matter when I take my lunch break. Usually I don't have to wait very long for assistance, but today there were 5 people waiting ahead of me when I arrived at 12:45 pm. I stood around for about 5 minutes and the greeter told me someone would be with me the whole time. Eventually she asked me what I wanted to do. When I left after 10 minutes of waiting there were still 5 people waiting in the lobby. I used to work at a bank so it amazes me when there are no tellers at the counter. Do the account reps / managers not know how to count in? :)

::The service is always excellent at this location. Even the security guards will guide you to the right person that can help you. Financial consultant Jeremy Hayes always greets you with open arms and makes sure his clients are happy. You always feel like you are taken care of, which makes you want to come back.
