::I have been a PNC customer many years and generally have no problem. But this saturday I came to do some banking business and have waited 1.5 hours for help because they dont have enough staff to help. The lady said "only 10-15 more minutes" and that was 30 minutes ago. I feel like a fool for waiting for this and its caused me to waste my Saturday morning for nothing. Thanks PNC Canton.
