  I like PNC, but I love this location. The staff is generally very attentive to you as a client and your needs whether it's a water, coffee or getting you a banker. Alex the Branch Manager is awesome. After telling him some of my goals as a small business owner, he's worked with me personally on many different occasions. I leave more knowledgeable and with a Bette piece of mind every time.

  OMG! I needed information about student loans for international students. I went to the bank in person and they told me "we manage student loans but have no idea what it's all about so we can't help you" they gave me an 800 phone number to obtain the information from. I called the number which took me to a survey directly and connected me to someone who informed me that I won a vacation to the Bahamas!!!! Then I called the branch requesting information and all what they did was giving me a website which obviously DOES NOT ANSWER MY QUESTIONS. I called again, they put me on hold and after waiting for 15 minutes, a woman spoke to me saying that they don't have international student loans!!!! WTH?!! I did my research and saw applications online for international student loans. I had very simple questions yet you failed to answer me! what kind of bank is this? How do you expect me to do any business with you in the future????!!!! Why does this bank still exist?!!!
