  There were two tellers when I went but the line moved pretty fast. I got exactly what I came for and everyone was polite.

  The staff is incredibly friendly and helpful. They were very thorough and patient with any questions that I had and made me feel incredibly welcome.

  This is one of the more pathetic PNC branches. At any given hour they have at most two tellers at work. Slow and unprofessional. There's a bunch of people in the back (the ones who sell you a credit card or a mortgage) doing nothing, they should just move them to the teller department.
