  I went to PNC this morning, had a lot going on on with my account. spoke to Becky Trowbridge, she was ready to help me, she even went out of her way to do what was needed to resolve my issues. She was really nice, kind and I do appreciated the way she handle the situation. I really hope there would be more people out there like Becky who would be willing to do more than what is ask for. Thank you

  Before I begin, there is a very nice man who works here. If hes there you might not experience the TERRIBLE customer service. Do not expect these people to know what goes on at the bank, or even how to DO THEIR JOBS. 5,5! times they put money into reserve rather than spend, 6!! 6 times they didn't follow instructions on the deposit slip. I was embarrassed twice over these peoples darn INCOMPETENCE and when I called to complain about receiving fines bc they had put the money in the wrong account, I was spoken rudely to and hang up on. No more, never again.
