  Went once. Won't return. Unprofessional. Didn't care for my teller yelling out my information when all he had to do is give me a receipt like I asked... -5 stars for me.

  hours make no sense for a bank, closed weekends and closes before 80% of people get off of work

  They help themselves to you money and they dont give it back, even when they are in the wrong! I have to watch my account like a hawk and dispute every charge. Tried to cancel merchant services for 3 months, month after month the charges continued. Finally, i spoke to someone Was promised a 90.00 refund (30.00/month * 3 months). When it hit my account it was 90.00 charge instead of a 90.00 refund (a 180.00 impact on my budget) which they refuse to adjust. I was told that if i wanted to close my account i was welcome to but would accumilate more fees. If you want your money to be safe dont put it here. The only thing i will miss is Ruth from the drive through. Sheis awesome.
